A lot of people talk about anxiety, but do not talk about the real depths and main issues with it - and everyone is different and has different versions.
For the longest time, my depression was a huge part of my life but as I gradually got older, specifically after the age of 25, my anxiety really started to increase.
It is definitely embarrassing to discuss, but I do not get the regular panic attacks, the shakes or movement of the knees - I get the constant need to use the facilities, I pick my nails, I get distracted very easily (I start one at home task and don’t finish the other), I overeat and oversleep.
I do not care to start medication again, but heard there are some natural remedies to use to help with anxiety (ie, vitamins). I know also regular exercise, eating healthy will help, no alcohol / drug consumption, but easier said than done with my lifestyle.
Does anyone else have similar issues / concerns with anxiety? What do you do to cope?
