I have been married to my husband for 20 years and it has been very depressing dealing with him and the codependency and emotional abuse.
I have relied on my husband for validation for my self worth and emotionally he brings me up and then verbally destroys me. It’s like a game for him, and I don’t know what to do. He doesn’t want couples counselling or to improve our relationship….. I feel trapped and thinks all the time to just leave him and move to another country. I just can’t seem to take that leap of faith for my own well being.
Any help or advice that anyone can provide me, I’d really would be thankful as I am lost and very sad.
